homemade immunity shots

there's no wrong time to look out for your immune system, especially now. here's my favorite immunity shot recipe for when you're not looking to break your bank at a pricey natural food store.


2 lemons or limes (juiced)

2 medium apples (chopped)

2 large knobs of ginger (peeled + chopped)

2 cups of water

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Blend in high speed blender, purée until no large chunks remain, and the strain through cheesecloth or a kitchen towel :) Stick it in the fridge so you can enjoy it chilled in the morning 🌱
